Truck Driver Supervisor

About the role

Impact Freight Services Inc is seeking a motivated Truck Driver Supervisor to join its Edmonton team. In this role you will combine hands‑on driving duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring efficient freight operations and high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other operational reports.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve work methods, productivity, and product quality.
• Resolve work‑related problems, provide technical advice, and suggest personnel actions.
• Supervise workers and projects, coordinating schedules and activities.
• Monitor and operate the signal and track switch control panel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate repairs, rentals, and the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours.

Required skills

• Operation of signal and track switch control panel.
