Transportation Manager

About the role

ATL Heavy Haul Inc. is looking for a Transportation Manager to lead its fleet sales efforts across Canada and the United States. The role focuses on building strong relationships with fleet customers, customizing transportation solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key fleet customers and sales representatives.
• Identify and target potential new fleet customers.
• Design customized transportation solutions that meet client needs, including freight, logistics, and last‑mile delivery.
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate fleet sales contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer trends to create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop sales programs and offers.
• Track, monitor, and report sales performance regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
