About the role

Topring, a Canadian leader in compressed‑air solutions for manufacturing, automotive and construction, is creating a new Territory Sales Manager position to accelerate growth in Southwestern Ontario and the western Greater Toronto Area. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, delivering tailored solutions that improve productivity, safety and energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel regularly across the assigned territory to meet customers, assess needs and present compressed‑air solutions.
  • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships by providing expert guidance and reliable support.
  • Support distributors in optimizing performance, efficiency and safety of their clients’ compressed‑air systems.
  • Train distributors on Topring’s product range, conduct joint sales calls and manage the existing book of business.
  • Evaluate end‑user compressed‑air usage and advise on technical solutions.
  • Represent Topring at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to generate new business.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within industrial distribution networks.
  • College diploma in business administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑management and negotiation abilities.
  • Autonomous, proactive, with solid problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Residence within the territory, ideally in London, Ontario or a central location.
