Sales Manager – Remote Team Leadership

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its fully remote sales team that handles inbound property owner inquiries from first contact through onboarding. The role focuses on speed, follow‑up discipline, strong demos, objection handling, closing ability, CRM discipline, and effective file management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets, driving speed‑to‑lead, demos, client sign‑ups and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, CRM notes, tasks and performance reports; conduct 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews and maintain performance scorecards.
• Hold team members accountable for missed follow‑ups, weak demos, low conversion, poor CRM discipline and stalled files.
• Monitor active files to ensure smooth transition from inquiry to onboarding and handoff to the Property Management team.
• Support hiring by evaluating candidates and identifying top performers.
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, call summaries, QA and coaching insights.

Required profile

• 8+ years total sales experience with at least 4 years in sales management.
• 2+ years proven experience managing a fully remote sales team of 8–15+ direct reports.
• Strong coaching ability based on real calls, data and results.
• Confident, direct leader who maintains standards without creating chaos.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with CRMs, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for sales management and coaching.
• Technical setup: noise‑cancelling headset, computer with minimum 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, webcam and 100 Mbps internet.

What we offer

• Base salary of $60,000 CAD annually, plus quarterly bonuses with potential earnings up to approximately $84,000 CAD per year.
