Telecommunications Payload System Engineer (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Telecommunications Payload System Engineer to support the design, integration, and testing of advanced satellite communications payloads. The role works with multidisciplinary teams to develop and validate digital telecommunications systems and deliver next‑generation satellite payload solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, integration, and testing of satellite telecommunications payload systems.
• Contribute to the development and validation of digital communications architectures.
• Perform subsystem testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, software, and integration teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results and support continuous improvement of payload performance.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and technical presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in space systems, satellite communications, or related engineering discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of digital signal processing, RF systems, and telecommunications architectures.
• Experience testing satellite subsystems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
