About the role
Quad Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to assess, document and optimise the capacity and performance of information and communication system networks. You will lead and coordinate design teams while researching, designing and developing network architecture and hardware/software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, document and optimise network capacity and performance.
- Lead and coordinate teams of design professionals in developing and integrating system architecture, hardware and software.
- Research, design and develop network architecture and evaluate integration of hardware and software components.
- Analyse user requirements and produce system specifications.
- Develop and conduct design verification simulations and prototype bench tests.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Strong client focus and excellent oral and written communication.
- Initiative, good judgement and strong organisational skills.
- Team player with efficient interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Linux operating system.
- Microsoft Windows operating system.
