Technical Staffing Recruiter – IT Talent

About the role

Join TEKsystems as a Technical Staffing Recruiter and become the primary point of contact for top IT consultants throughout the full recruitment cycle. You will receive extensive hands‑on training, develop deep market expertise, and help clients secure the right talent for their technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and manage relationships with IT consultants, providing career coaching and market insights.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools, including in‑house AI platforms.
• Leverage AI‑generated data to make informed decisions during candidate selection.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill‑set availability, labor rates, hiring locations, and timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract and secure candidates.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in the assigned technology or industry focus.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
