Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Aerospace Hiring

About the role

Aversan Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its engineering and aerospace divisions. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire qualified candidates for safety‑critical and mission‑critical technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit candidates for technical and engineering positions, including embedded and safety‑critical systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate technical foundation, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, technical communities, Boolean searches, and targeted web sourcing.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn, job boards, company career pages, and niche engineering platforms.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Experience recruiting technical roles or an engineering background (e.g., Electrical, Computer, Software, Systems Engineering).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open roles.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
