Technical Buyer

About the role

The Technical Buyer will lead procurement and supplier management for assigned programs, products, and commodities at Kepler Communications. Working closely with engineering, program management, manufacturing, quality, and finance, you will ensure that materials, equipment, and services are sourced and delivered to meet program objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement and supplier management activities across multiple programs and product lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to align sourcing with project needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to support production and new‑product introduction.
• Proactively manage supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement risks.
• Maintain material readiness and support continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement and supplier management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, program, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess risks and drive material readiness.
• Familiarity with new‑product introduction (NPI) and production support processes.
