Team Leader – Retail Store Operations

About the role

The Team Leader supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store performance and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and handling daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage manager‑on‑duty duties including breaks, time, and attendance.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
• Assist with hiring, performance management, and task follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ambition to progress within the company.
