Team Leader – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily retail operations. You will guide store associates, ensure visual standards, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach store associates.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and boxing/unboxing of daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store safety/cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties such as breaks, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure service quality.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and employee training.
• Assist with hiring, performance management and follow‑up on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
