About the role

Inventa is seeking an energetic Team Lead Supervisor to manage on‑site brand staff during high‑energy gaming and experiential events. This summer‑focused position offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, ensure flawless event execution, and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Brand Ambassadors and on‑site staff, stepping in for the Supervisor when needed.
• Oversee event‑day logistics, including set‑up, tear‑down, and schedule management.
• Act as primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and on‑site stakeholders.
• Communicate brand messaging clearly and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and manage break schedules.
• Anticipate operational needs, troubleshoot issues, and de‑escalate conflicts.
• Track and report inventory, damages, and usage of company assets.
• Foster a supportive, team‑oriented environment and safeguard staff well‑being.
