Tax Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Tax Analyst to join its Tax Reporting & Forecasting Department in Calgary. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Tax Manager and supporting the company’s tax compliance and reporting activities across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Canadian federal and provincial income tax returns and related information returns.
• Assist in responding to federal and provincial income tax audits.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax accounting provisions.
• Maintain and track tax pools and tax basis information.
• Contribute to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Completion of a Canadian accounting designation (CPA/CA) and enrollment in CPA In‑Depth Tax or willingness to complete it.
• 2+ years of experience with corporate, partnership, or international tax compliance (preferred).
• Experience preparing income tax returns and tax provisions for Canadian entities.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, with working knowledge of SAP and BPC considered an asset.
• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
