Talent Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Partner to join a high‑growth organization in Canada. In this role you will own full‑cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, operational and technical functions while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse set of roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies and interview processes.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Conduct screenings, interviews and assessments to ensure strong role alignment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities.
• Provide market insights, hiring recommendations and recruitment guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Data‑informed mindset with experience using metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Curiosity about technical recruiting and understanding of engineering/product roles.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with solid problem‑solving abilities.
