Talent Coordinator – Influencer Agency

About the role

Viral Nation is seeking a professional and organized Talent Coordinator to join its influencer talent agency division. You will help represent and manage the careers of social media influencers, developing social‑first strategies and pitch materials to grow their presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and sign influencers looking for business management.
• Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to create effective content strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative and Talent teams to execute content ideas on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet timelines.
• Provide creative input, pitch ideas to clients and continuously improve content strategies.
• Maintain tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks and update financial records for campaign payments.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for talent and stay current with influencer/creator trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in the entertainment industry with knowledge of social media, influencer marketing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics.
• Positive, creative, hard‑working attitude able to handle a fast‑paced environment.
• University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience.
• Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent.
• Experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency.
