Talent and People Experience Partner

About the role

Timescapes is looking for a Talent and People Experience Partner to lead its talent presence in North America. Based in Vancouver, you will work closely with the Director of People Experience in Auckland to shape and execute a proactive recruitment strategy across four markets (NZ, AU, CA, US).

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product and Operations roles.
• Use AI‑driven sourcing tools to accelerate candidate research and outreach.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for both active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders across all regions to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Serve as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day People Experience questions for Vancouver, Toronto and Dallas teams.
• Continuously monitor the North American talent market and nurture relationships with potential future hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or construction‑tech environment.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and modern sourcing platforms to improve hiring efficiency.
• Global mindset with the capacity to operate across multiple time zones and markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, people‑first attitude.
