Talent Acquisition Specialist – North America

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for North America, you will own the full‑cycle recruitment process across AIRE’s four locations – New York City, Chicago, Toronto and additional sites. This hands‑on position blends high‑volume operational hiring with strategic leadership recruitment, ensuring every new hire reflects the brand’s standards of excellence and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for operational and leadership roles across multiple North American sites.
• Partner with Site Directors and Department Managers to define talent needs, role profiles and interview processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, partnerships and targeted outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS (Teamtailor / Workday).
• Support internal mobility, succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Collaborate on employer branding and regional talent campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Hospitality, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, spa/wellness or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to recruit both operational staff and senior leaders in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with empathetic, proactive communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor or Workday.
