Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design, implement, and monitor both global and local recruitment strategies. You will work across multiple entities to ensure a consistent approach to attracting top talent and support a collaborative community of colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global and local Talent Acquisition plans aligned with business needs.
• Maintain consistency in recruitment processes and tools across all Capgemini entities.
• Support and guide multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring efficient delivery of recruitment services.
• Lead multiple projects or workstreams related to talent attraction, campus initiatives, and process improvement.
• Provide additional value beyond core responsibilities by identifying and implementing best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment processes, and campus activities.
• Ability to support diverse stakeholder groups and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on consistency and quality.

• Competitive base salary range CAD 67,000 – 140,000 per year.
