Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full-Cycle Recruiting

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, operations and corporate functions at MainMicro, a fast-growing IT reseller based in Montreal. You will be the first point of contact for top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects our bold, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring criteria and tailored recruiting strategies.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, referrals and niche IT/tech networks.
• Track and report on metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health and source effectiveness, using data to refine processes.
• Represent MainMicro’s employer brand, gather feedback, and continuously improve the candidate experience.

• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting delivering high-quality hires.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to source passive talent and build relationships early.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to advise hiring managers.
• Genuine curiosity about the IT channel and the traits of successful sales and technical professionals.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and metrics.
