Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Isaac is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment across its head office and consulting teams. You will build diverse talent pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for consulting and head‑office roles, from entry‑level to senior leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and shape hiring plans.
• Lead sourcing for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions using headhunting, networking, market mapping, and pipeline building.
• Conduct interviews at all levels, deliver feedback and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a seamless hiring journey.
• Utilise recruitment data and market trends to improve processes and support decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders on onboarding and new‑hire integration.
• Support talent attraction initiatives such as campus recruitment, networking events, and employer branding.
• Promote inclusive hiring through diverse sourcing strategies and fair processes.
