About the role

Join AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 12‑15 month contract. You will be part of a dynamic recruitment team supporting engineering, construction and project‑driven operations, helping to attract the talent that drives nuclear innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for diverse business hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media, networking, referrals and talent campaigns.
• Build and maintain specialized candidate pipelines through market research and competitor insights.
• Use applicant tracking systems to document activities and ensure process efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to strengthen market presence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Required profile

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience attracting and engaging talent through networking, cold calling and talent campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
