About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead full‑cycle recruitment for a high‑volume hiring program within a leading Canadian financial services cooperative. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a brand ambassador, aligning candidate aspirations with business needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and workforce planners to meet contact‑center hiring targets.
• Source and screen an average class of 20‑25 candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Provide interview and assessment support, emphasizing objective practices and diversity.
• Leverage data analytics to inform market insights and hiring plans.
• Promote the employer brand through social networking, job fairs, and community events.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proven ability to manage 25+ high‑volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates on social media platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
