Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Gradient Thermal Inc. is seeking a full‑time Supply Chain Specialist to join our Calgary team. You will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring inventory levels are optimal and logistics run smoothly to support our high‑performance heating products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily supply chain activities, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize inventory and workflow processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to meet manufacturing targets.
• Implement strategies that enhance overall supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management principles.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience in Operations Management and process optimisation.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency with supply‑chain software tools is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or energy sectors is a plus.
