Supply Chain Planner – Hybrid (Toronto)

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner will develop, analyze, and execute the SIOP plan to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet service‑level targets. Working in a hybrid schedule, you will coordinate procurement requirements with vendors and support marketing forecasts across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporate marketing forecasts into the forecast, procurement, and capacity plan, adjusting planning bills, min/max levels, safety stock, and service‑level targets.
• Communicate 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day procurement plans to vendors, monitor weekly progress, and address supply or capacity concerns.
• Manage approximately $7 M of inventory, analyze monthly inventory data, and implement stocking policies to meet fill‑rate goals.
• Review slow‑moving inventory and collaborate with marketing and finance to reduce excess SKUs.
• Coordinate with quality, finance, and the North American Financial Service Center to resolve non‑conforming material and invoice issues.
• Develop and maintain SIOP schedules, align stocking policies with marketing and client expectations, and ensure timely execution of manufacturing and purchase orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, SIOP processes, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate forecasts, inventory levels, and procurement performance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
