Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Supply Chain Manager to own end‑to‑end planning, procurement, logistics and warehouse operations across Canada and the US. You will partner with manufacturing, sales and finance to scale our supply chain as the retail footprint expands, leveraging data, automation and AI to sharpen forecasts and optimise inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and S&OP, creating forecasts that drive production, procurement and inventory decisions.
• Develop and execute supply‑chain strategies aligned with company goals for both Canadian and US operations.
• Use data analytics and AI tools to improve forecast accuracy, spend analysis, supplier evaluation and risk identification.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiation, performance reviews and end‑to‑end purchasing through the ERP system.
• Oversee warehouse operations, set productivity targets, and implement SOPs that scale with volume.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including cross‑border shipments, and partner with 3PLs, freight providers and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and food‑safety standards (GFSI/SQF).

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain functions in a fast‑moving CPG environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for technology, AI and automation.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic supplier and 3PL partnerships.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with manufacturing, sales and finance teams.
