Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily operations across inventory, logistics, production and purchasing. Working closely with the operations team, the role ensures accurate ERP data, coordinates shipments and inventory movements, and helps track key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments, transfers and freight bookings across multiple facilities.
• Assist with purchasing follow‑up and vendor communications.
• Support production scheduling and manage operational paperwork.
• Help maintain operational KPIs and generate regular reports.
• Participate in cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Organise and keep operational documentation and procedures up to date.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to operations leadership.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in supply chain, operations, business or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Process‑oriented, self‑starter with a positive team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or other supply‑chain software systems.
