Supply Chain Analyst – Term

About the role

As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, the Supply Chain Analyst will ensure the organization complies with trade regulations, tariffs and duty requirements. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers to collect and verify documentation such as USMCA and K32 certificates and to maintain accurate material composition and origin data.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers to monitor, track and prioritize requests for trade‑related information.
• Request, collect, verify and organize USMCA certificates and other compliance documents, ensuring data accuracy in both files and databases.
• Gather and maintain detailed material composition and country‑of‑origin data for purchased items.
• Support Business Analysts by cleansing data and loading it into appropriate tracking systems.
• Stay informed about evolving legislation on tariffs, duties and trade regulations.
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports as directed by Sourcing Leadership.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in business, management or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Experience with customs or compliance functions is an asset.
• Experience working with manufacturing bills of materials (BOM) is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems and data‑management processes.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
