Superviseur de production – poste en soirée 4x10

About the role

Airbus Atlantique Canada is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead an autonomous production team on the evening 4x10 shift (Monday‑Thursday). Reporting to the Unit Production Manager, the supervisor ensures the team meets health and safety, quality, cost and delivery targets while supporting internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety rules and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze workload, allocate tasks and drive maximum performance and engagement.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the team and other services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during production operations.
• Monitor tasks to prevent defects and non‑conformities.
• Provide daily support to team members (problem solving, technical guidance, motivation).
• Participate actively in continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma and professional specialization in structural assembly (or equivalent).
• 2‑5 years of production experience, with a strong background in aircraft structure assembly.
• Ability to read aerospace technical language and engineering plans.
• Bilingual French‑English is an asset.
• Leadership and communication skills, with experience in personnel management considered a plus.

Required skills

• Structure assembly and system installation expertise.
• Proficiency in aerospace technical terminology and plan reading.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with IP/BAPS documentation.
