About the role

Urban Barn is launching a new flagship store in Moncton at the end of October 2026 and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening. You will shape the customer experience, build a high‑performing team, and drive sales in a fast‑moving furniture and home‑decor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain a talented store team.
• Motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
• Maintain visual standards, store cleanliness, and brand presentation.
• Represent Urban Barn in the community and manage local business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience.
• Proven ability to develop top‑performing sales teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Passion for interior décor and home furnishings.
