Store Associate – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Lush Vape is seeking a motivated Store Associate to join our Toronto retail team. You will help customers navigate our specialty vape products, provide accurate information, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, knowledgeable customer service and product education.
• Assist shoppers with product selection, explaining features and benefits.
• Drive sales through effective recommendations and upselling.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Support inventory tasks, including restocking and stock organization.
• Answer in‑person and phone inquiries promptly.
• Keep the retail space clean and orderly.
• Assist with daily store operations as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with vape products or related technical items is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Basic math skills and experience handling customer transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Social Media Coordination – managing business accounts, creating and scheduling content, engaging with customers.
• E‑commerce Operations – processing online orders, maintaining product listings, packaging, and preparing shipments.
• SEO Proficiency – keyword research, website and content optimization.
