About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced retail environment on Hebron Way, delivering friendly and courteous service to customers while maintaining store standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, learning on the job, and contributing to a diverse, family‑like team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as stocking shelves, labeling, facing merchandise, and keeping the area clean.
• Conduct hole checks to verify inventory accuracy.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Approachable, able to handle physical demands (standing/walking 8 hours, lifting, using a ladder, twisting, turning, reaching).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
