Stock/Product Operations Associate (Full-Time)

About the role

Urban Barn is looking for a Stock/Product Operations Associate to join its Dix30 store in Brossard. In this full‑time position you will keep the sales floor stocked, receive deliveries and maintain an organized backroom, helping to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish products on the sales floor to ensure availability for customers.
• Receive and manage incoming stock deliveries, checking accuracy and condition.
• Maintain an organized and efficient backroom, following visual directives.
• Support customer service teams by providing product availability information.
• Assist with visual presentations, confirming proper placement of merchandise.

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales or visual merchandising (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to follow visual standards.
• Manual dexterity for tasks such as working on ladders, moving boxes and bending.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb, unwrap, wrap and assemble furniture.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
