Part-Time Stock Coordinator (QC)

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly, ensuring inventory is managed and the store is ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Customer‑first attitude with ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg) during busy days.

Required skills

• Ability to handle shipments and stock inventory.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
