Staff Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy (Negotiable Area)

About the role
The Staff Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe medication distribution and delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients within Horizon Health Network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor, document and evaluate client pharmaceutical care plans.
- Participate in medication distribution services.
- Communicate medication information to members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Lead and contribute to pharmacy‑based projects, medication safety and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and act as a preceptor for trainees.
Required profile
- Registered with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists and licensed to practice in New Brunswick.
- Ability to attend work regularly and perform all duties of the position.
- Good work record and professional conduct.
