Sr. Vice President of Sales and Operations

About the role

Kärcher Municipal is seeking a senior executive to lead its sales and service operations across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the North America Regional Managing Director, the Sr. Vice President will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term sales and service strategies aligned with corporate vision.
• Lead growth initiatives in Canadian and U.S. markets, managing budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Oversee all sales activities, including customer acquisition, market research and sales planning.
• Direct service functions such as technical support, field service, warranty programs and customer‑satisfaction initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, distributors and global suppliers.
• Manage P&L for sales and service, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Inspire, mentor and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in sales and service operations, preferably within the municipal or industrial sector.
• Demonstrated success driving growth in both Canadian and U.S. markets.
• Strong strategic thinking with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

What we offer

• Annual salary between $160,000 and $175,000 CAD, with eligibility for a performance bonus.
• Permanent, full‑time position based in Embrun, Ontario.
