Specialist, Leadership Communications

About the role

We are looking for a creative and agile communicator to join our global leadership communications team. In this hands‑on role you will translate business strategy into compelling executive narratives and help shape the organization’s voice across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end video production, including script development, filming, editing and publishing.
• Write, edit and produce high‑quality content for leaders such as speeches, slide decks, emails, intranet stories, social posts and podcasts.
• Plan and execute global leadership communication projects, including events, print/digital materials and slide presentations.
• Create graphic designs – banners, posters, infographics and other visual assets.
• Identify and mine stories from across the organization to reinforce culture and employer brand.
• Track and report key metrics to evaluate content, event and campaign performance.
• Design visually‑stunning communications using Microsoft tools and AI‑enabled design software.
• Drive efficiency through simplification, cross‑training and new ways of working.
• Produce events with flawless planning, communication and execution.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Proven videography experience (must‑have).
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for video editing (must‑have).
• Resourceful with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Experience in PR or agency environments, preferably within CPG or retail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and solid business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
