Sourcing Manager – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager to join our sourcing and planning team on a fixed‑term basis. The role will drive complex sourcing strategies, manage key supplier relationships, and deliver measurable performance across spend categories ranging from $50M to $200M.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with cost‑saving, growth, and sustainability goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve best‑in‑class performance and measurable business results.
• Manage an annual spend portfolio of $50M‑$200M, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Engage and monitor strategic suppliers, driving continuous improvement and performance measurement.
• Lead cross‑functional projects using program and project‑management tools, solving problems independently.
• Motivate and collaborate with internal teams and peer groups to leverage best‑practice procurement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of industry players, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in sourcing, supplier management, risk management, and RFX processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate options and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
