Software Engineer – Early Career

About the role

Landmark, a Halliburton company, is seeking early‑career software engineers to join delivery teams that build and maintain cloud‑native SaaS platforms for the global energy industry. You will start writing production code immediately, contributing to tools used daily by engineers and scientists worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship features for energy‑focused software products.
• Debug and resolve defects in systems that process live data from oil and gas operations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers through code reviews and mentorship.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability.

Required profile

• New graduate or up to five years of professional software development experience.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and work in a fast‑paced, technically challenging environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, C#, F#, C++, Python, TypeScript.
• Frameworks and runtimes.NET, Angular, React, Node.js.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure automation: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Argo CD, Flux.
