Software Developer (Agentic AI & Automation) - Intermediate/Senior

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Software Developer to join our engineering team and help evolve the Automated Care Platform. You will work with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to design, build, test and ship features that improve healthcare communication across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance product features for the Automated Care Platform and Automated Care Intelligence suite.
• Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and other AI tools to generate, review and harden code before production.
• Design, implement and maintain front‑end and back‑end components, APIs, services and automation workflows.
• Validate functionality through automated tests, browser testing, logs and production‑oriented debugging.
• Protect patient privacy and ensure system reliability in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Improve internal agentic development workflows, prompts and validation loops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development tools, especially Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
• Strong written communication and collaborative engineering mindset.
• Security‑ and privacy‑aware attitude when handling sensitive health data.

Required skills

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Java; knowledge of Flutter/Dart, Python or Go is a plus.
• REST API design and consumption.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Azure.
• Database familiarity with MySQL, Oracle or MongoDB.
• Use of Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and other LLM‑based development tools.
