We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to shape and execute engaging social media strategies that boost brand visibility and drive meaningful audience interaction. This remote‑first position supports a purpose‑driven healthcare organization and works closely with marketing and communications teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns with marketing and communications teams.
• Create, curate, and publish high‑quality text, image, and video content across platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Schedule and manage content calendars using social media management tools.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable reports, and conduct A/B testing to optimize results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
