Social Media & Marketing Manager (Canadian Immigration)

About the role

A Canadian immigration services firm is looking for a creative, camera-confident Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital marketing and act as the public face of the brand. You will design content strategies, film short-form video content (Reels, TikToks), produce graphics and copy, build online communities and run targeted campaigns that turn social interest into qualified client leads.

The role is fully remote, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and create visual assets, copy and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Act as on-camera host/presenter for short-form videos and reels, featuring real stories.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts across platforms, engage followers and grow active online communities.
• Track and report metrics such as reach, engagement, leads and conversions, and optimise campaigns for ROI and client inquiries.
• Stay up to date with social media algorithms, platform features and digital marketing tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with documented results in engagement, brand growth and lead conversion.
• Exceptional comfort and poise on camera.
• Fluent spoken and written English; professional French is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage several projects independently.
