Social Media Marketing Assistant

About the role

Join HighKey Agency, a fast‑moving digital PR and social media firm that builds elite personal and brand presences in the aesthetic industry. As a Social Media Marketing Assistant you will work directly with Social Media Managers to execute high‑impact content, support account management, and help drive results for top‑tier plastic surgeons and med spas.

Key responsibilities

• Content Coordination & Prep: Build and organize viral scripts for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts; assist with filming session prep, scripts, hooks, trends, and shot lists; collaborate with video editors and graphic designers.
• Platform Management & Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags; track trends and brainstorm reactive content ideas; maintain community tone, voice, and consistency for each client.
• Performance Support & Reporting: Pull weekly analytics (reach, retention, engagement, virality); help prepare client‑facing performance reports and insights; identify successful tactics and flag under‑performing content.
• Administrative Execution: Keep Notion, Basecamp, and Hootsuite organized; maintain content libraries, file systems, and calendars; communicate across design, editing, and accounts teams to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in content marketing, social media, or digital strategy (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record managing posts, calendars, or performance for real brands.
• Comfortable navigating Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta tools.
• Highly organized, detail‑obsessed, and able to track multiple moving parts.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and able to work quickly in a high‑speed environment.
• Familiarity with Notion, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Docs, and Basecamp.
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and performance‑driven content.
