Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to shape impactful social media strategies for leading B2B organisations across diverse industries. Based in Canada, you will combine strategic thinking, creative execution, analytics and emerging AI‑enabled tools to deliver measurable campaign results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Create social media strategies, media plans, and budget recommendations.
• Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including optimisation and reporting.
• Analyse campaign results and transform performance data into actionable insights.
• Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement and reporting.
• Monitor social channels, support community engagement and manage content publishing activities.
• Support influencer and ambassador programmes, handling communication and relationship management.
• Provide proactive recommendations, creative ideas and innovative approaches to client challenges.
• Contribute to business development by offering social media expertise during client discussions and proposals.
• Manage priorities effectively to deliver projects on time while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience managing social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (Reddit experience a plus).
• Strong analytical ability and data‑storytelling skills.
• Client‑focused mindset comfortable balancing strategy and execution.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving agency environment.
