Social Media Manager

About the role

Holand Automotive Group is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media & Digital Brand Manager to shape the online presence of three luxury automotive brands – Ferrari Quebec, Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars Quebec and Maserati Montreal. The role combines strategic social media planning, premium content production and strict brand compliance across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities for all three dealerships, including scheduling, publishing and community interaction on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with vehicle launches, events, partnerships and seasonal campaigns.
• Capture, edit and produce high‑quality photos, reels, stories and short‑form videos that reflect each brand’s visual identity.
• Ensure all digital communications meet OEM brand standards and collaborate with manufacturer marketing teams and external creative partners.
• Oversee website content compliance, update vehicle information and correct non‑conforming assets.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, analyse metrics and provide strategic recommendations to boost audience growth and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or brand communication.
• Strong photography and videography abilities with a keen eye for luxury storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple brand identities.
