Social Media Manager

About the role

STAN AI is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow its brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will shape the voice of an award‑winning PropTech platform and make it the most‑followed brand in the HOA and condo property‑management space.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a content engine across LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
• Ghostwrite and produce posts, comments, and short‑form videos from internal POVs, customer calls, and informal insights.
• Develop a casual, sharp, community‑focused brand voice that feels authentic rather than corporate.
• Plan and execute a steady cadence of formats – text posts, carousels, short videos, polls, behind‑the‑scenes – tuned weekly to performance data.
• Produce and edit short‑form video using tools such as HeyGen or CapCut.
• Engage actively in comments and direct messages, acting as a real presence in the category.
• Track and report weekly metrics: follower growth, engagement, inbound DMs, and demos influenced by social activity.
• Spot trending formats and topics in the industry and respond faster than competitors.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on social media management experience, preferably for B2B SaaS or PropTech brands.
• Strong writing ability to ghostwrite in another person’s voice.
• Demonstrated video instincts – having shot, edited, or directed short‑form content.
• Comfort with light analytics and the ability to differentiate signal from vanity metrics.
• Clear point of view on current LinkedIn best practices, backed by examples.
