Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Join PENN, a vibrant fashion brand under RCL, as a Social Media Coordinator on a 12‑month contract. You will create and amplify content that reflects the brand’s inclusive personality while engaging a nationwide community of fashion enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging content (videos, photos, stories, UGC, behind‑the‑scenes) and write bilingual French‑English captions.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts across all social platforms, aligning with brand strategy and current fashion trends.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and humanising the brand both online and during in‑store events.
• Capture authentic content during photoshoots, events and store visits, and curate high‑quality user‑generated content.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives, optimise posts for social SEO and collaborate with creators, micro‑influencers and paid‑boost partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click‑through‑rate and community growth, and produce actionable reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement or content creation.
• Comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and continuously explore new trends.
• Fluent in French and English, capable of writing bilingual captions for a Canada‑wide audience.
