Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Vivid Theory is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to boost brand awareness and strengthen our online presence. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product Development to shape and execute our social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the overall social media strategy.
• Define and track key performance indicators for social channels.
• Create, schedule and oversee social media content across platforms.
• Measure and report on the success of each campaign.
• Stay current with social media best practices and emerging technologies.
• Utilise tools such as Buffer for content planning and publishing.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce engaging content.
• Work with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to align messaging.
• Monitor SEO performance and user engagement, recommending optimisation.
• Engage with industry professionals and influencers to expand our network.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, copywriting, journalism or public relations.
• Proven track record of creating social media content, blogs, campaigns and infographics.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating written work.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of audience‑focused writing and brand strategy.
• Knowledge of content marketing principles and SEO.
• Experience with all major platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Bonus: automotive industry background.
