Site Supervisor – Multiplex Construction

About the role

Reside Properties is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead high‑end multiplex construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area. You will own site operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to premium quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full site oversight for high‑end residential multiplex builds.
• Coordinate sub‑trades, develop and maintain schedules, and manage quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Report directly to ownership, facilitating rapid decision‑making.
• Drive performance bonuses tied to on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of site supervision experience on residential construction.
• Proven track record on multi‑unit or multiplex projects.
• Incorporated or willing to incorporate a corporation for a corp‑to‑corp arrangement.
• Proactive communicator who presents problems with solutions.
