Site Superintendent – ICI New Build

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for large‑scale commercial new‑build projects in the Niagara Region. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through close‑out.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while enforcing health and safety standards.
• Maintain construction schedules and achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor quality control to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years as a Site Superintendent on ICI new‑build projects.
• Experience on large commercial developments such as retail, industrial, or institutional.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including structure, envelope, and interiors.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Valid health and safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Supervisor H&S, etc.).
