Site Superintendent – Deep Foundations Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a complex deep‑foundations project in Quebec City. This senior leadership position oversees daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction activities, from site establishment and mobilization to final execution.
• Plan and coordinate technical, logistical and operational requirements with project and site management.
• Supervise site supervisors, foremen, crews and subcontractors to meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, productivity and performance, providing daily reports and proactively managing risks.
• Enforce health and safety policies, conduct daily briefings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, maintenance, suppliers, engineers and stakeholders to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Senior Site Supervisor or similar role in deep foundations or heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to manage field crews, subcontractors, equipment and multiple stakeholders on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and quality‑control procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $130,000 – $180,000 CAD per year.
• Fly‑in/fly‑out arrangement.
• Afternoon shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 14 days on / 7 days off.
